These terms govern your use of cogvast.com (the “Site”), operated by Cogvast Nous Indonesia — an individual company (Perseroan Perorangan) registered under PP No. 8 Tahun 2021, based in Bekasi, Indonesia. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes: to describe our products (Cogvast Lens, Cogvast Nous), our approach, and to allow interested parties to contact us. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, engagement, or professional advice unless separately agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, content, and code are owned by Cogvast Nous Indonesia or its licensors. The Cogvast wordmark, mark (the two monoliths), and product names are trademarks of Cogvast. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse them without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to attempt unauthorized access to any system;
• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes another's rights;
• Submit automated submissions or attempt to overload the contact form;
• Scrape or reproduce Site content beyond fair, non-commercial use.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cogvast disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cogvast will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any matter relating to the Site is limited to IDR 1,000,000 or the amount (if any) you have paid us for services in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of Bekasi, Indonesia, unless a separate written agreement between us specifies otherwise.
